WORKSHOPS

Are you needing to bring a group of people together to

make shifts in their own leadership or within their teams

or organisation?  Maybe it's part of a cultural plan to provoke different thought and inject a different mindset to

drive behaviour or maybe it's to build a level of confidence in the system to accelerate and leverage strengths or it could be part of a plan to develop capabilities to drive a different level

of performance.  Then workshops could be for you.

Accelerate Development shapes and facilitates workshops (60 or 90 minute bursts to 0.5, 1 or 2 day workshops).  These can be informed via diagnostics undertaken by Accelerate Development or you may have already identified

the need and would like the workshops designed and facilitated or only facilitated.  Topics are wide ranging.  Below gives you a flavour of what

could be on offer….

Empowering Leadership

Smash your internal interferences holding you back from being the best leader you can and want to be.  Be a player by making conscious choices for how you see yourself, others and the situation and take massive action that moves you and others forward even if that creates ripples in the system.  Know when to lead from the front, side and behind and drive value for the organisation, achieving through and with others.  Drive a culture of risk taking, experimentation, ownership and accountability in self and others.

Authentic Leadership

Lead self from a strong sense of personal purpose by knowing what you stand for, what you care about, why you were put on this planet, the legacy you want  to leave behind, what energises you, what you’re great at and how you want to be talked about when you’re not in the room.  Strike a balance between bringing your core essence into a room and landing in an environment by knowing when and how to dial up and dial down.  Manage others, perceptions of you and activate a footprint that broadens and deepens the experience that others have with you inside and outside of your organisation.

Courageous Leadership

Make a decision to be courageous as fear is a reaction and often that this can hold us back from leaning into situations that make us feel uncertain. Learn how to let go of armour that gets in the way of your vulnerability, be purposeful with your intentions and actions, surface the unspoken and show compassion whilst also giving tough love.

Resilience Leadership

Determine the external and internal triggers that cause resilience loss for you. Carve out strategies for maintaining endurance, adaptability and momentum for moving forward when faced with unprecedented change and disruption, ambiguity and uncertainty. This can bring about bad stress, extended periods of pressure, overwhelm and or anxiety creating procrastination, playing safe,  an unhealthy mind platter leading to poor well being and reduced productivity.

Disruptive Leadership

During times of change, leaders need to look ahead particularly with a view to creating, evolving and  exploiting situations that don’t exist as well as creating new opportunities and finding new paths to growth.  The challenges that organisations face will no longer necessarily be resolved by what we have known and done before… and so we need to shift our mindset from relying on what we already know to a place of unknown, with a mindset that is curious and open minded to new perspectives, lenses, ideas and opportunities.

Landscape Leadership

Navigate the organisational landscape by making conscious choices around your intent and actions - managing your own and others’ behaviour to drive outcomes and impact for your organisation and your external stakeholders.  Get curious about the bigger picture, cultivate relationships by caring about others’ goals, challenges, pressures and expectations.  Influence and work with the unwritten rules that give you information about what is valued, tolerated and not tolerated within a system.

Strategic Leadership

Develop the mindset to think and act more strategically.  Identify what business you are really in and take an "outside in" approach to strategic development.  Align culture to strategy and create a fit for purpose organisation that can execute its strategy.  Make well-informed strategic options, challenging your own and others’ decision-making bias.

Change Leadership

Lead self and others through change and transition by pacing, challenging, visioning, enabling others to feel in control and embedding.  Know what you project onto others in the way you are handling change and keep on the pulse with the change jigsaw pieces so that you move yourself, the team, the organisation and external stakeholders forward.

Collaborative Leadership

Be aligned and energised through shared purpose, vision and priorities.  Trust and empower through; shared vulnerability, use of and respect for diversity, support and constructive challenge. Commit and hold each other to account for shared outcomes and behavioural standards.

Partnership Leadership

Put the customer at the heart of partnerships and explore partnership value from different dimensions; income, impact, influence and innovation and make short and long term choices.

Enabling Leadership

Lead others through coaching and giving constructive real time feedback, enabling others to shift their perspective by challenging their limitations, assumptions.  Inspire others to think big and creatively around problems to expand their choices from which to act and make decisions enhancing their impact within their organisation and with their external stakeholders.

Career Leadership

Know what you want, why you want it and create an exciting clarity, an emotional connection, a decision to be courageous and a confidence to take the first step to make it happen.  Have strategies to enable and empower others in your team to do this for themselves.
