BLENDED PROGRAMMES

Accelerate Development shapes and facilitates blended development programmes which are grounded in mindset

and behavioural change.  Development programmes can be targeted at high potentials, leadership cadres, emerging talent, specialist talent and women in leadership. They can include

a mix of the below:

  • External referencing by bringing in leaders from the private, public and charity sectors to share their personal success

  • Mentoring - mentors offered from inside or outside of the organisation
